“Brad Beige was a fantastic partner throughout this complex move, especially with my multiple closings from my previous home in Ohio. Everything ran incredibly smoothly on your team’s end, and Brad and Emily really worked together to make this out-of-town move seamless. I absolutely love my new Devon model – the layout is fantastic, and the finishing details are just beautiful. I’m so excited to finally get settled in. Thank you to the whole team for making it all happen!”

Overall, we’re really pleased with the final result of our Townhouse build in Friedburg Village. It took a while to get started, and unfortunately, the price increased quite a bit once we went under contract, but Darrin and the whole team really pulled together to get everything finished on time for our move. We appreciate their dedication and responsiveness – they were fantastic! However, we were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the townhouse upon move-in. There was a lot of dust on the baseboards and floors, and the skylights needed some serious attention. We’ve been told someone will be coming to address those issues, and we’re optimistic we’ll be very happy living in the community.

Overall, the team went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied before we left. Darren was incredibly responsive to our emails and questions, and Sandy was fantastic during our walkthrough, making sure everything we needed to take was properly marked. It was clear everyone was working hard to address our concerns, and I really appreciated their dedication. Having had a positive experience with Keystone previously, I’m confident they’ll handle any future issues effectively.

“We absolutely loved our new home and were so pleased with the whole experience. Brad was fantastic – genuinely a really nice guy, incredibly helpful, and always so polite and welcoming. Everything went perfectly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better service.”

Ravi was absolutely fantastic! He responded to my inquiry about Keystone Homes in Heron Pointe right away and quickly put together a list of the available lots. Because of his promptness, we were able to schedule a meeting with Lakesha, who was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through the homes. We really appreciate Ravi’s help – he helped us find the perfect home!

“I built my home in Whitehall Village in 2018, and overall, the experience was positive until a serious issue arose with the home specialist. She had promised me a $500 Lowe’s gift card for referring a couple who were considering Keystone and Shughart. They came to view my home through my realtor’s recommendation, and I helped them compare the two builders. They ultimately chose Keystone and mentioned my name in the process. However, after the sale, the specialist told me I wouldn’t receive the promised gift card, even though she had earned a commission on the new sale. It was incredibly disappointing, and it really highlighted a lack of integrity from the company – something that’s crucial to trust after you’ve just moved into a new home.”

“We’ve lived in our townhome in the Whitestone community for about two and a half years now, and while most of the initial issues were addressed within the first year and a half thanks to Brad Beige who was a really professional and helpful guy, we’re still dealing with a significant problem – the fence. It’s become increasingly clear that the repairs were only temporary, with the posts at the gate constantly coming loose and now the fence is sagging again. Worse, the fence is now pulling away from our neighbor’s retaining wall, and the lag bolts have completely failed, causing sections of the fence to fall over, including one that actually hit our townhome one night. Honestly, we were really hoping the construction would hold up longer than this, but it’s been a persistent issue. It definitely feels like a situation where buyers should be aware of potential long-term problems when considering a purchase here.”

“We absolutely loved working with Keystone! Brad was fantastic – he was so helpful and went out of his way to assist us with everything. It truly made the whole home-buying process amazing, and we would definitely use them again in the future.”

“Overall, our experience with the TrellisIs sales center was extremely frustrating. We spent a significant amount of time providing them with numerous documents – pre-approvals and checks – solely to be informed later that they wouldn’t accept our initial quoted price. The sales agent was repeatedly passed on to management for even minor price adjustments, which completely wasted a week of our time. It felt like a very inefficient and ultimately unproductive process.”

Brad was fantastic to work with during this transaction. He really represented the seller’s interests effectively and was incredibly responsive to my buyer’s questions. He always got back to me quickly and, if he didn’t have an immediate answer, he let me know exactly when he’d follow up, which he did promptly and thoroughly. I’d definitely recommend him and would be happy to work with him again if any of my clients were looking to buy a home through Keystone.
