  “I want to express my sincere gratitude to Rafter P for the fantastic job they did building my property – two homes, a shop, and a barn. The construction quality is really evident. However, I did want to note a couple of things. The house and barn didn’t have generators, and during the recent extreme winter storm, we lost power for four days with temperatures dropping to zero. When power returned to the house, the thermostat read a shockingly cold 55 degrees! Thankfully, there were no leaks at either the house or the barn. The barn’s piping was completely frozen, and it wasn’t insulated, which I’m sure contributed to that. Overall, though, Rafter P did a great job, and I appreciate their excellent work.” report abuse

They’ve been around for about three years, specializing in design and development, though we did face a slight delay of about a year due to Covid. Ashley was absolutely brilliant during the design phase, and once construction began, the superintendents and contractors were really accommodating, even when we needed to make a few adjustments along the way.   Honestly, I was really disappointed with the response I received. I used their contact form to ask some questions about a construction project, and weeks later I got a very abrupt reply saying they don’t service my area. It wasn’t a helpful or friendly response at all. report abuse
