Overall, it’s a great place to be, but be prepared – the access route, especially around the shipping area, can be a bit tight and a little tricky to navigate. The people working there are fantastic though!

I’m incredibly disappointed with the five doors we purchased for our new manufacturing plant in Orlando. From the moment they were installed, none of them have worked correctly. Worse still, the plastic electrical panels on the hinges have completely broken – clearly not suitable for industrial use. The doors themselves are made from very low-quality metal and they constantly fall out of the track, making them a truly terrible investment. Honestly, this is the worst purchase we’ve ever made, and I rarely leave reviews, but this deserves to be brought to attention.

“I was really disappointed with my recent order. I received only one of the three doors I purchased, and the other two were significantly smaller than advertised – essentially midget sizes.”
-
“I contacted Jamison Door Co. and unfortunately, they didn’t seem to have any understanding of the issue I was describing.”
-
These cold storage doors are really well-built – a top-notch product.

“The customer service was fantastic – a truly excellent experience!”

This is a really promising business – it seems to be doing well.
