It was a really long process initially, just waiting for things to get started, but our project manager, Mike, was fantastic at keeping us reassured and he was absolutely right – Jonathan and Jeremy were there every day and their workmanship was truly outstanding. They were so considerate too, catching on to some vendor issues we hadn’t even realized were a problem. Mike did a wonderful job managing my concerns and he was a pleasure to work with. We were so thrilled to be back in our home just one year and two weeks after the fire, and honestly, our house is absolutely beautiful – a testament to their skill and dedication.   We couldn’t be happier with the work Torres Floors did to repair the water damage! The new luxury vinyl plank flooring looks absolutely stunning – the house is truly more beautiful than before. From the carpentry and plumbing to the painting, every detail was executed perfectly. Mike was fantastic to work with during the initial estimate, and Frank did a wonderful job keeping the project on track and answering all of our questions.   Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. I tried multiple times to get in touch with them through their website, but I kept getting bounced around. Eventually, they directed me to a phone number, and then to a salesperson named Mike. It felt like they weren't prioritizing my needs, especially considering we have several projects underway. Ultimately, I don’t feel like they were willing to give me the basic attention I deserved, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. report abuse

  “The crew working on this project were fantastic, really skilled and easy to get along with. However, the overall process has been incredibly slow. It’s taken them far longer than anticipated – nearly two months for a job that should have taken around three weeks. There seems to be a bottleneck, as nothing progresses until the husband follows up with the insurance company, and they then need to contact them. This back-and-forth really isn’t an efficient way to operate, and I think someone needs to step in and streamline the communication and workflow.” report abuse

They used to be a reliable small business that took care of its subcontractors and customers, but lately it feels like they’ve lost their way.
