  “The technician was really pleasant. However, I noticed the air conditioning seemed to fluctuate a bit – it would get to around 70-71 degrees and then stay there with no change throughout the house.   We were really pleased with the installation of our new heating and cooling system. The technicians arrived on time, were incredibly courteous and professional, and completely removed and replaced our old system in just a few hours – it was fantastic! They explained everything about the new thermostat and left no mess behind. It’s only been three days since the installation, but we’ve had no problems at all.   “We’ve been using CV Heating & Air Conditioning for our annual furnace maintenance and absolutely love them! This year, Rob was our technician, and he was fantastic. He was so friendly, really thorough, and clearly knowledgeable about the system. He took the time to walk me through everything he did, explaining how the furnace was running and answering all of my questions. Before he left, he even had me go with him to run the furnace – it was a really reassuring experience.   I just wanted to share a really positive experience I had. On Monday morning, around 8 am, I received a call to let me know the part needed for my heat pump had arrived, and the technician was on their way. Thankfully, my heat pump is now working perfectly and my house is warm again – fantastic! I’m so grateful for the yearly service policy and the really well-trained and helpful technicians.
