  Tyler and his team did an absolutely fantastic job with this project. From the very beginning, they took a really thorough approach, carefully assessing the situation and quickly figuring out the best solution for draining the water around the barn and machinery shed. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the materials and the ground conditions, and consistently considered the budget while still ensuring we got the most effective and lasting result.   I was extremely disappointed with this contractor’s work. They essentially redid the job twice, failing to properly level the ground the first time, and then the same hole reappeared next to the septic tank. When I brought this back to their attention, they were incredibly dismissive, claiming they only fix things once and demanding I pay for a third attempt. It's frankly unacceptable that they couldn’t deliver a correct result initially, and then attempted to charge me extra for a second fix. It’s clear they don’t have the proper equipment – no roller – to do the job correctly, and their response was incredibly petty and frustrating. report abuse
