  I’m incredibly frustrated with this entire process. The delay of two weeks, due to a missing component from the radiant pool installation, is unacceptable. It seems like Pro Pools is passing the blame onto Radiant Pools’ distributor, and Radiant Pools is blaming the coping manufacturer – it’s clear there’s a serious quality control issue somewhere. To be honest, I’m really disappointed with the lack of support and communication. I haven't received any kind of offer to compensate for this significant delay, like a discount on chemicals or perhaps even a free pool closing when it’s finally finished. If you’re considering Radiant Pools through Pro Pools, I strongly recommend that you insist they meticulously count every single part before they deliver your pool. This seems like a crucial step that was clearly missed. report abuse

  I was extremely disappointed with the service we received. When the technicians came to open our pool in the spring, the water was perfectly clear. However, after they left, it turned a concerning shade of green. They offered a treatment which didn't solve the problem, and then they refused to explore a more costly solution, simply stating they'd done everything they could. To top it off, the service manager threatened to be fired if he spoke with us – it felt incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. Honestly, the whole experience was very poor, and I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone. report abuse
