  I just wanted to express my sincere thanks to the whole team at Flohr Pools. They did an absolutely fantastic job keeping my pool sparkling clean and perfectly balanced all season long. David was incredibly attentive and patient throughout the whole process, even when I had to make a couple of changes to the location. He went above and beyond, actually starting the installation three days ahead of his initial timeline! Plus, the installation crew was fantastic – genuinely funny and a real pleasure to watch.   “I absolutely love my new hot tub – and it’s all thanks to Jordon! He was fantastic; so helpful and really knew his stuff. He even came over twice to personally assist with the setup, which was incredibly appreciated. Seriously, he answered every single one of my questions. If you’re looking for a hot tub, please ask for Jordon – you won’t be disappointed.   Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Flohr Pools. David Collier was incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions and even visiting my home to walk me through the setup. I just wish I could remember the other salesman’s name – he was really efficient with the paperwork. And the delivery crew was fantastic; they were early and did a brilliant job getting the spa installed. I’m so excited to finally relax and enjoy it tonight! report abuse
