  I’ve been a loyal customer here for years, always buying my equipment from them – including my lawnmower, the 6909. Unfortunately, my recent experience was really disappointing. I had to get my shears repaired under warranty, and they lost them for a whole month! They eventually returned them, but they didn’t even work. I took them back, and to add insult to injury, they charged me $130 for an oil change – something I hadn’t requested at all. Seriously considering going elsewhere from now on. report abuse
