  “I was really pleased with the work this team did on my garage floor. They were incredibly professional and kept everything very organized from the initial assessment right through to the repair – the crack was completely fixed and it’s barely visible now. The crew was friendly and left the area spotless. It’s been three years and the floor still looks great, although I’ve noticed a small crack starting to reappear. Sadly, I’m not sure if that’s covered under the warranty.” report abuse

  Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Stronghold. Kevin, our sales representative, was incredibly helpful – he assessed our garage, provided a really clear and solid quote, and was just upfront and honest from the beginning. We were moving at the same time, so we were quite stressed, but they took amazing care of everything. The floor looks fantastic and is performing exactly as promised, and we really appreciate their excellent warranty system. The installers were truly outstanding; they were so professional and courteous, and we barely noticed they were there. From the initial consultation right through to the finished install, they were incredibly professional and kept me fully in the loop every step of the way. Kevin was fantastic – he really took the time to explain the whole process, carefully measured everything, offered great advice on what to include and exclude, and helped me choose the perfect colors. The installation team, Andre and Dillion, were also fantastic – so polite, professional, and punctual. They did an absolutely amazing job, and I’ve been enjoying relaxing in my garage, getting lots of compliments from my neighbors!   Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Stronghold Flooring. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional – their salesperson was really helpful, explaining the whole process thoroughly and sending over a detailed proposal almost immediately after our meeting. Despite a slight delay due to the weather, they kept me completely in the loop and were back the next day to complete the work.
