  Tondalaya was fantastic – truly one of the most professional and helpful AC technicians I’ve ever encountered. She took the time to completely explain my AC issues, offered really tailored recommendations, and got everything done on the same day. What impressed me most was her thoroughness; she walked me through every step, showed me pictures of hard-to-reach areas like my attic, and made absolutely sure I understood everything.   Chris Burton did a fantastic job! He was right on time, incredibly polite and professional, and really took the time to explain everything clearly. He even pointed out that we still had warranty coverage on our water heater and suggested a cost-saving alternative. The parts arrived the next day directly from the manufacturer, and we only had to pay for the labor – a huge relief. He also gave me some helpful tips on how to maintain the system. report abuse

  Jamarl did a fantastic job replacing our hot water tank and sump pump – we were so impressed with his professionalism and how quickly he got the job done. He took the time to explain everything to us beforehand and was really patient and understanding when we had questions about the cost.   “I was really impressed with the service we received. They quickly responded to our urgent need for AC repair – Richard diagnosed the problem right away and had the part to fix it within a few hours of our initial call. He was fantastic – courteous, really knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to have working on our home. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Brent for hooking up our new gas stove for us.   I had a really positive experience with Len the Plumber. My hot water tank broke on March 4th, and Richard Beck arrived within just 45 minutes – fantastic service! He was incredibly friendly and professional, and he did a fantastic job fixing the issue. I’m really pleased with the work and the price, and I’d definitely recommend them.   I’m really disappointed with my recent experience with Len the Plumber. I’d had good experiences in the past, but this was a major letdown. On May 19th, a technician came to fix a leak in my HVAC system, and he was polite and explained the situation clearly. However, just a week later, the leak returned. I contacted Len the Plumber again, having already spent over a thousand dollars on the initial fix, and the second technician didn't seem to take my concerns seriously. When I asked to speak to a manager to discuss the recurring problem, I was met with a frustrating lack of responsiveness. Despite multiple calls over the next few days, no one followed up, and I received the same canned response about a manager calling me back – a promise that never materialized. Frankly, it felt dismissive and like my concern wasn't valued. Customer service is crucial, and I expected a more proactive and helpful approach to resolving this issue, especially considering the significant cost I’d already incurred. report abuse
