They were honest, really responsive, and incredibly professional. Stu, in particular, was a pleasure to work with. He was so knowledgeable about his product and clearly proud of the job he does. He quickly and accurately measured everything using a laser device, and I even got a quote before he left. The installation itself was surprisingly quick and quiet – it was actually done in less than a day, and he came to my home right after I called.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with Safco. They did a fantastic job spraying foam on our fieldstone foundation basement – the temperature difference is truly remarkable! Brian was so helpful, coming out the same day to provide a quote and patiently answering all of our questions. The crew was also fantastic – they arrived within a week of getting the quote, worked quickly and efficiently, and left the entire area spotless.   Stuart and his team were fantastic to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the product and completely transparent about everything, and he was really reasonable about finding a price that worked for me. He even offered some helpful suggestions for prepping the space before they arrived. The foaming process itself was a little intense, but the team cleaned up pretty well considering the work they were doing, and a good vacuuming was all it needed. Honestly, I was initially worried about the foam’s effectiveness, but the difference in my oil consumption compared to last year is huge – my heating system is heating the space much faster and keeping it warmer for longer.   “I’ve worked with Safco Insulation on two homes I’ve built, and I couldn’t be happier with their work. Stu and his team were fantastic – truly professionals. They insulated my 1800 square foot coastal home, and my heating costs last winter were surprisingly low at just $700. It’s incredible how much more comfortable and energy-efficient my home is now. Honestly, the spray foam is a huge step up from fiberglass or cellulose; it performs so much better. I hired them to address some insulation and ventilation problems in my house, and from the very beginning, working with Brian was a really positive experience. He took the time to explain everything so clearly and went above and beyond to ensure he was recommending a solution that would actually solve my issues – he even let me choose between different options and never pushed for the most expensive one. Throughout the whole process, Brian was incredibly responsive, always available to answer my questions, no matter the time. The two workers who did the actual work were also fantastic – incredibly professional and they did a truly excellent job, leaving the house spotless when they were finished.   Safco Foam Insulation did a fantastic job on our Chicopee remodel. They were punctual and the quality of their work was really appreciated – the sheet rockers especially noted how well they did.   “I absolutely love my experience with Safco Foam! They sprayed foam insulation in my home, and the difference is incredible. I’m amazed at how much quieter it is now – I can actually hear myself think! Plus, my heating bills have dropped dramatically.
