  Rick from Jackson & Company was fantastic – I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was incredibly responsive, quickly addressing all my questions and even coming to my house to assess the work needed. He offered a really fair price and applied a helpful discount for my area. Everything was done professionally, with him and his assistant arriving on time and completing the crack repairs exactly when he said they would.   This was an incredibly disappointing experience. I was really upset by the unprofessional and frankly rude behavior of the technician. It felt completely inappropriate to have someone enter my home unannounced, and his attitude was unacceptable. He missed two scheduled appointments despite giving me ample time, and when he finally did arrive, he was incredibly dismissive and made me feel uncomfortable. I was shocked by his comments – essentially telling me he didn’t want to be there or fix the problem – and it was a deeply unpleasant encounter. Adding to the frustration, the initial repairs he performed didn’t work at all, and we had to hire a different company to get the job done properly.
