  We’re absolutely thrilled with our new home, and a huge part of that is thanks to Burke Electric. Paul, the owner, was fantastic – he really took the time to guide us through everything, which was incredibly helpful considering how many decisions go into building a home.   “Paul and his team were fantastic! We had a dryer outlet issue, and he got someone out to us within two days – incredibly responsive. He gave us a fair price to replace our pool light, and he assured us the work would be done when the pool cover comes off in the spring.   Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with the service we received. They installed the smoke detectors back in July, but left a sizable hole in our ceiling – something they didn’t seem concerned about. Unfortunately, the detectors immediately started going off constantly throughout the night, and when we contacted them to have it checked, they just dismissed it as dust from a recent kitchen project and left without fixing the problem. The issue persists to this day, making it impossible for us to get any sleep, especially now that we have a newborn. To add insult to injury, we were hit with a $200 bill for their initial, unsuccessful visit. We're now having to hire a separate electrician to properly diagnose and fix the problem. It’s been weeks with no action taken, and the whole experience has been a terrible inconvenience. report abuse

We especially appreciated his dedication and willingness to go above and beyond, even braving the weather to ensure everything was done right.   “I was really pleased with Burke Electric. From the scheduling to the actual installation, everything went incredibly smoothly. The scheduler was fantastic – professional and friendly – and the electrician arrived on time, got the job done quickly and efficiently. He was also very knowledgeable about the smoke detectors and took the time to explain everything to me.   Paul and his team did an absolutely fantastic job! They were incredibly professional and reliable – they arrived on time, offered competitive pricing, and delivered an excellent result. We had them install a new sub panel for our well pump, which involved installing two long conduits and all the necessary receptacles. They also took care of adding four low-voltage floods and a transformer for our home. To top it off, they even fixed a street lamp that had been broken for over ten years!
