Steve called us after the installation to check in and answer all our questions, and he handled everything perfectly, just as promised.   “I couldn’t be happier with True Blue! They were fantastic when my gas furnace suddenly broke down – as a first-time homeowner, I really didn’t know where to turn. Steve was incredibly responsive and got out to my house within a few hours. He even came back on a Saturday to get the job done early when a part arrived ahead of schedule. Both Steve and the other technician were so professional and courteous, and they didn’t leave until they were completely satisfied that everything was fixed perfectly.   We were absolutely thrilled with the service Steve and his team provided. After a frustrating nine days without heat, they worked tirelessly to get everything back up and running – and they even fixed three broken pipes while they were at it!   Overall, Mike and Scott did a fantastic job resolving a really frustrating problem with my kitchen sink. They quickly identified the issue and were able to clear the main drain – a huge relief! They also took care of replacing my bathroom water valves and fixing my loose toilet. Steve was also really helpful and responsive, always checking in to answer any questions I had. The only thing that stopped me from giving a full 5-star rating was the bill at the end; it wasn’t itemized, which made it a little difficult to review the total and ensure there weren’t any unexpected charges. report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the very first phone call with Karen, I felt immediately taken care of – she really understood how important it was that I get my hot water fixed quickly, even when things were hectic. My old water heater had finally given up the ghost after 12 years, and they were able to get a replacement to me and get it installed incredibly fast. Pete did a great initial assessment, and Mike and Joe were fantastic during the installation; they were all so polite and professional. They actually finished the job in about an hour, which was far faster than the quoted four hours. The pricing was fair and completely transparent – it’s always a challenge dealing with contractors, especially plumbers, but these guys were absolutely amazing from start to finish.” report abuse
