  Mike did an absolutely fantastic job – he was really professional and meticulous. However, the experience with their customer service and invoicing was a bit frustrating. I didn't receive a detailed breakdown of the costs, and it took multiple calls to get a clear explanation, which was quite expensive considering the lack of transparency.   “I was really pleased with the work Squier Electric did on my kitchen remodel. I ran into quite a few issues during the project – the existing circuits just weren’t up to the task of handling the new range hood fan and dishwasher, and unfortunately, some of the wiring wasn’t compliant with code. I got quotes from a few different companies, but Squier stood out immediately. John, the estimator, was fantastic; he responded to my voicemail right away with such a friendly and helpful attitude – it was a huge difference from the other company who seemed annoyed by my initial inquiry. He took the time to walk me through different options and really helped me find the best solution for my budget. I’m so glad I went with his recommendation for the undercabinet lighting – it’s honestly become a kitchen essential! The whole process was incredibly professional; Squier’s bid was clear, detailed, and presented beautifully, unlike the other company’s scribbled estimate. And beyond that, the team was incredibly reliable and polite, leaving my home spotless every single day. They finished the job on time and even ahead of schedule.
