  Chris and Ashley did a fantastic job clearing out those huge branches for me. They were so responsive – it really made a difference, especially these days!   We were really pleased with Harbor Straits – we used them last week to set our trusses and they were fantastic. Our usual contractor was unavailable for several weeks, so we reached out to Harbor Straits and we’re so glad we did. They were incredibly accommodating, especially when we had to postpone our original set date due to the weather, which they handled seamlessly. Chris did a brilliant job setting the trusses; he’s clearly very knowledgeable and his equipment was a huge help, saving us both time and money. Overall, everything went perfectly – it couldn’t have gone any better, and we’ll certainly be calling them again in the future. report abuse

  Overall, my experience renting a man lift from Harbor Straits was fantastic. As a contractor, reliable communication and quick service are really important to me, and I definitely received that. We did have a couple of small issues – a slow tire leak and a minor fuel leak – but Chris and Ashley were incredibly responsive and had both issues resolved the same day. I also appreciated how Harbor Straits took into account the 14 days the lift was unused due to the weather when they issued the invoice.
