A crew member gave me some information and I spoke with Neil, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. We weren’t in a rush to get our survey done, so we were happy to work around the crew’s schedule. Honestly, everyone I dealt with at Benchmark – over the phone and in person – was professional and really nice. I’d definitely recommend them.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with this company. When I requested a quote for a survey, they immediately told me I needed to have a competing quote already. I provided one, and they essentially told me to stick with it – they seemed uninterested in our project and suggested we just go with our existing contractor. Honestly, it felt incredibly dismissive and like they weren’t interested in providing a fair quote. I wouldn’t recommend them unless you’re willing to ignore your budget and just spend whatever you want.” report abuse
