“Honestly, this was the worst experience I’ve had with a company. From the start, we were completely left in the dark. They never bothered to contact us when the cabinets arrived at their warehouse – it took a staggering eight weeks without a single update. We had to go in and ask about them ourselves.”
-
Honestly, it was a really awful experience. The staff and managers were consistently dishonest, repeatedly promising to collect more materials on specific dates – none of them ever showed up. It was incredibly frustrating, especially when we’d already put in a significant amount of work building everything.
-
“We were really disappointed with the service we received when getting quotes for new doors. We were promised a call that evening to discuss a price, and that the installation would be scheduled within our desired timeframe. However, five days went by with no contact whatsoever, and despite multiple calls from both myself and my husband, we still didn't hear anything. It was incredibly frustrating.”
-
It’s definitely changed since its earlier days – it seems to be geared more towards contractors now, and the selection of materials isn’t nearly as wide as I remember. However, I was really pleased that they happened to have the pressure-treated 2x12s I needed, which was exactly what I was looking for.

Darin was a fantastic colleague to work with. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to help – a really valuable quality that’s becoming increasingly rare.
-
“I was really surprised to find the hardware store closed at noon on a Saturday – it’s unusual for them to be closed that early.”
-
“The team here is fantastic, and they have a really solid selection of products to cover just about any building maintenance need.”
-
The unloading process was very straightforward and efficient.
-
“The team was really welcoming and friendly – a pleasure to work with.”
-
The service was truly outstanding – a really positive experience.
