  “We absolutely love our pool, which we installed back in 2020, and we’ve been so thrilled with the service we received. Eric, Miguel, Justin, and Manuel were just fantastic – incredibly kind, hardworking, and reliable. They were also amazing communicators and we always felt completely honest with them. Eric was especially helpful, patiently answering all of our questions and really took the time to get our pool perfectly balanced.   I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. The crew simply arrived at my property without any prior notification and entered my pool area – a fenced-in area, I might add. There was a serious lack of communication between the staff and the owner, and it really impacted the service I received. I specifically requested a phosphate test, but it wasn’t done, which ultimately led to increased chemical costs. Furthermore, I had a scheduled appointment to inspect a newly replaced liner and assess other equipment they’d sold me, but it was never documented, and they didn’t even bother to show up. It feels like there’s a complete lack of accountability and oversight. Someone even suggested my pool problems were solely due to my inability to maintain balance year-round, which is completely unreasonable. Honestly, I wouldn’t run a business like this. report abuse
