  Jason Snyder at Survey Associates did an excellent job! A previous company had surveyed my lot and made a mistake. Jason conducted a very thorough survey by inspecting my property over a span of multiple days until he was confident of the accuracy of the final coordinates. He also provided me with a signed and sealed Plat of the survey. He was always kind, helpful, and went out of his way to do an excellent job while patiently answering all my questions.   Did a real good job getting back to me and beginning the process of the survey. Called two other places and left messages and they never returned my call. Jason did a great job and provided pictures along the way. I live out of state and this was a big help for me I'm watching the process. In addition, I had a preliminary and final pdf sent to me.   No one in the area was able to help me the way Jason helped me, he moved so fast in the process the same week I called. Very attentive, he was communicating with me throughout this process. The price is affordable, better than other prices I got in my area. I do recommend this company and now I’m ready to install my fence without any problem thanks to survey associates. report abuse

  Survey Associates went above and beyond serving me on a boundary survey/stakeout and location drawing. Highly recommended! There prices are very reasonable especially considering special circumstances with my property having a dedicated portion of flood pain that had them setting three extra pipes I was not expecting. Jason was always available to field my questions and they set me 6 points on line to help with getting my boundary fence accurately near the property line, two of which were after the survey was complete (a revisit) when I realized there was a tree throwing off my string line.   We had the crew locate and mark four corners of a 100+ acre property. The crew spent over 20 hours at our site doing an initial survey, taking measurements, and on the third trip placing markers. The entire team was knowledgeable and very comfortable explaining to lay people what they were doing and why. At first we thought this might be as simple as put up the GPS and pound in some stakes... but it involves way more math and measurements to check, verify and double check.   Survey Associates is awesome. They did a very detailed survey for us a couple of years ago and this week as we were getting ready to repave our driveway, our neighbor was concerned about us paving on his property. Jason was so helpful - he came out with just a few hours notice, found the property stakes and we were able to keep the driveway on schedule.   I hired Survey Associates to conduct a boundary survey and stakeout of my property. The whole process took three to four weeks just like what was communicated to me. They stayed in touch with me during the whole process. The prices were reasonable and their work was excellent. I want to give a special thanks to Jason and Josh who were the field surveyors that came out to my house three times to get all the measurements and set the boundary corners.
