  “Overall, my experience with this company was incredibly frustrating and disorganized. The plumbers themselves did a fantastic job installing the new water heater, but the office staff created a huge headache throughout the entire process. Initially, I was told they didn’t provide written quotes before installation, which I found concerning, and it took three weeks to receive a receipt afterward. Despite multiple calls and unanswered messages, they avoided scheduling the inspection needed to finalize the sale of my property. It felt like they were deliberately stalling, and the whole situation became a major source of stress. Ultimately, they dropped the ball repeatedly, and I’m left with the impression that they simply didn’t prioritize my needs.” report abuse
