  I’m incredibly disappointed with Invaleon’s service. After installation, they’ve been completely unresponsive – we’ve had no follow-up and it’s been impossible to get anyone to address any issues. They seem to deliberately avoid communication, ignoring our calls and emails. Honestly, I can’t recommend them; I’d urge anyone considering solar to look for a more reliable company. report abuse

  “I was really frustrated with the whole experience. After getting an initial quote from EnergySage, I didn’t hear back, so I scheduled a call. Unfortunately, no one ever tried to reach out, and it took several attempts to finally get through to Charles. He promised to call me back within 20 minutes, but that turned into weeks with no further contact. Ultimately, it seems EnergySage is now working with a different vendor – it was a very slow and unresponsive process.” report abuse

  I’m really frustrated with the service I’ve received. Just a little over a year ago, they installed a new system, and now one of the panels isn’t working. It’s incredibly difficult to get in touch with them – I’ve left multiple phone calls and emails, and the last update I received was over a month ago with no follow-up. I’m still waiting for them to address the issue. report abuse
