Thankfully, Linda and Jesse responded immediately – they were fantastic, rushing over to assess the damage. They quickly replaced the window within a few days, which was amazing!   Coastal Industries truly exceeded my expectations. I used them for two of my construction projects, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. You could really feel the family-like atmosphere, and it made working with them a genuinely positive experience. What impressed me most was their ability to understand exactly what I needed and deliver it promptly. Plus, the pricing was incredibly competitive, even when compared to some of the bigger names. And the delivery team? Fantastic! They were so friendly and went above and beyond, even volunteering to help place the windows exactly where they were needed.   “I was really pleased with Coastal Industries – I’d heard great things about them through a contractor I’d worked with before, and they completely delivered. They installed 22 windows, two storm windows, and two attic windows, and the colors they offered were exactly what I was looking for. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and professional their representative was; he took the time to go over all the products with me, and the samples were fantastic. Once the windows and doors were installed, the house just looked amazing! Robert, Jesse, and Pedro were incredibly patient, especially when a delay with the painting meant we had to wait until everything was finished.   I was incredibly impressed with the service and the quality of work Coastal Industries provided. The team who came to my home were fantastic – they were punctual, efficiently cleared my walkway and steps, and even cleaned up all the debris from the recent snowstorm and the new project.   I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. Frankly, this was the worst service I’ve ever received. The communication was consistently rude, the quality of their work was unacceptable, and the drivers displayed a complete lack of awareness and safety. I felt their driving was reckless and posed a serious danger to others. I would strongly advise against using this company. report abuse
