  I was incredibly disappointed with the service I received. I’d been trying to get this issue resolved for weeks leading up to the recent cold snap, with no luck. Finally, after the snow and freezing temperatures, a technician promised someone would be out Friday. Two technicians arrived late in the day, and they essentially told us the spa wasn’t working because of faulty sensors – despite explaining the problem over the phone multiple times. Worse, one of them was incredibly rude to my teenage children. It was completely unprofessional and frankly, insulting. If this is how you handle customer service, Mr. Steve, you need a serious course on communication and professionalism. If you own a spa and didn’t buy from them, I strongly advise against calling unless you have a significant issue – this felt like a complete waste of time and money. report abuse

  This contractor did a fantastic job – truly a great experience overall. The results were excellent, and the team was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them, especially if you’re looking for a reliable pool installation. report abuse
