  Honestly, I was incredibly disappointed with the installation. They caused a huge mess – literally a hole in my wall and they stapled and drilled directly into my floor and carpet. It was completely unacceptable. To add to the frustration, I’ve been trying to get someone to address the issues for days with no response at all. And to make matters worse, the technician only sent one person, and my husband, who’s undergoing cancer treatment, had to assist him. I've attached some pictures, and you can clearly see the damage is still there. report abuse
