Overall, my experience at Parker Power Equipment was fantastic. I called to explain a problem with my Toro recycler, and they quickly identified the issue with the electronic ignition coil. I dropped it off around 10am and they called me back at 4pm to let me know it was fixed. Then, they offered a tune-up which I happily agreed to. They completed that the next day, Saturday, around noon. Seriously great customer service and incredibly fast turnaround – I’ll definitely be bringing all my equipment to them from now on!

“We were really disappointed with the lawn mower repair. It took a full five weeks to get it back, and they told us it had been tuned up and was working properly when we picked it up. However, as soon as we brought it home, it started and then immediately stalled – exactly how it was when we left it with them. The technician was also quite rude, insisting they’d tested it and said everything was fine, but clearly something wasn’t right.”

Honestly, I was really disappointed with this company. The staff were nice enough, but the service was incredibly slow and unreliable. As an older customer, I need a bit more patience, and this experience was frustrating. I dropped my snowblower off on Tuesday with a broken thrower arm, and they said it would be ready by Friday. After calling on Friday, they told me they needed to order a part. I called back Monday, and it still wasn't ready. Then, with two more snowstorms – on Saturday and Wednesday – I was stuck shoveling. To add insult to injury, when I asked if they could help me shovel, they just laughed at me! I finally picked up my snowblower on Thursday, but the arm broke again. I definitely won't be returning.
