  “We’d been battling a persistent leak in our basement for years, constantly patching things up only to have the problem return. Finally, we decided to call in a professional, and I’m so glad we did. Nick and his team were fantastic – they were incredibly responsive and managed to get to us quickly, even with their busy schedule. They really dug deep, found the source of the leak, and expertly repaired it with three layers of waterproofing. The guys were also really friendly and took photos of their work, which was so helpful since I had to step out. The finished job looked amazing, and thankfully, it completely lived up to our expectations. Just two days after they finished, we had a massive storm, and the basement stayed perfectly dry!   Nick and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with. We had a really challenging situation – water was constantly seeping into our basement through the walls on three sides. It took a huge amount of digging and trenching, and unfortunately, we didn’t have access for any heavy machinery. Despite that, Nick came up with a brilliant, affordable solution. What was truly remarkable was that he and his crew tackled the entire job completely by hand – they even dug down about 20 feet to seal the walls with hydraulic cement, and hauled away all the dirt and debris in buckets. They also installed a drainage channel and sump pump within the new floor. It was truly Herculean work, done with incredible care and speed, and his price was far better than we anticipated.   Nick and his team did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our basements. We’d been waiting to write a review because we’re really particular about quality, but we’re so pleased we chose them. Nick was incredibly responsive and friendly, and his team clearly has a strong work ethic.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the work Supreme Waterproofing did on our basement. They completely resolved the issue of water coming into the basement – we used to have a real problem with flooding after even moderate rain, but now the basement stays perfectly dry, even after those two intense hurricanes we had this summer. Nick and his team did a fantastic job installing the French drains and sump pump. Our only small suggestion would be to be a bit clearer upfront about who is responsible for reinstalling any plumbing that might have been temporarily removed during the process. report abuse

  I can’t recommend Supreme Waterproofing highly enough. We were in a really stressful situation – our basement flooded badly over Christmas and kept coming back with the next rain. We contacted several companies, but most were unresponsive or offered ridiculously high prices just for a basic sump pump. Then Nick from Supreme Waterproofing came along and was a breath of fresh air. He thoroughly assessed the problem, gave us a detailed quote that was actually *less* than the others, and patiently answered all our questions without making us feel rushed. We booked the project quickly, and Nick even contacted us to see if we could start a week early – something none of the other companies did! His team was professional, punctual, and they finished the work efficiently. We’re really hopeful to see how it performs with the next rain, but it’s already a huge relief not to be dreading the water returning. Nick has promised to come back in the spring to bury the drainage hose, which is a fantastic detail. If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to waterproof your basement, I definitely suggest giving Supreme Waterproofing a call! report abuse
