  “We really appreciated Terry’s work for us. A mutual friend recommended him, and we were thrilled with his thoroughness in dealing with the confusing property lines in Rockport. The previous site plans were so unclear, but Terry was diligent and discovered our property actually extended further than we realized.   Terry was a huge disappointment. We hired him to survey our property after a major addition was built, and then to do an “as built” survey. He promised to be there the next day, but he completely vanished – not returning any calls, texts, or emails for two whole weeks. It turned out his contractor had found his truck at the office, and his response was shockingly dismissive. Because of his radio silence and failure to deliver, we lost our scheduled excavator, work was significantly delayed until the spring, and our entire project was pushed back six months. Honestly, don’t use Terry for anything important; he wasn’t reliable at all. report abuse

  Honestly, my experience with Terry was incredibly frustrating. I hired him twenty years ago for a simple staking job, and he did a good job then. When I later needed a plan for some additional land, I reached out to him, but he just vanished. I spent over a year trying to get in touch – texts, emails, calls – nothing. I finally had to fire him via text, and I never heard from him again. It’s really left a bad taste. I ended up having to hire another surveyor to get the job done quickly and efficiently, and I can’t recommend Terry based on this experience.   We were so thrilled with the work Applewood Survey Company did for our backyard project. We needed a detailed site plan with topography due to the wooded area and existing deck, and they completely exceeded our expectations. Terry, the owner, was fantastic – truly professional and a joy to work with. Not only did they deliver everything on time, but the landscape architect we consulted with was incredibly impressed, saying they consistently received less thorough service elsewhere.
