  “I’d give this service two stars. The electrician who did the initial visit was fantastic – really friendly and professional, and he was very quick. However, he promised to call us back within three days with an estimate, and he never followed up.   “We were absolutely thrilled with the work Lyle Electric did for us. From the initial consultation with Will all the way through to the final electrical update on our 1919 house, they were incredibly professional, respectful, and went above and beyond to get the job done on time, even navigating the challenges of the pandemic. They handled everything – removing our old knob and tube wiring across all three floors, installing a new panel, and tackling a bunch of smaller projects like light and fan replacements and outlet work. Will was fantastic at coordinating with the town for permits and even worked directly with Eversource. It was a really big project, and his team was clearly well-equipped and skilled.   Lyle and his team did an absolutely fantastic job for us. They handled everything from installing a new panel to fixing a whole range of electrical issues – including 2-prong outlets, broken outlets, adding new ones, and even our doorbell system and some lighting. What really stood out was their professionalism, they were always on time, and they provided really clear estimates before starting any work. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough! report abuse

  William is absolutely fantastic – truly the best electrician I’ve ever worked with, especially in Western Massachusetts. He’s consistently received awards for his work in the area, and for good reason!
