  Dicky Matos Roofing was fantastic – I was really impressed with their professionalism from start to finish. Dicky responded to my initial inquiry so quickly and patiently answered all my questions. They provided a quote within a week, sending someone out to my property, and I was very happy with the service. The team who did the work were also incredibly nice and professional.   I’m so incredibly disappointed with this company. They did work on both my roof and my mother’s, but it was a complete disaster. My mother’s roof leaked badly, and they never returned to address the issue, which ultimately ruined her ceiling. When I confronted the owner, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. It’s clear he’s running a scam – he never followed through on his promises. My own roof also leaked, and he failed to fix it. I ended up having to pay a professional roofing company to correct his shoddy work, which also caused a leak in my kitchen. Seriously, please, please do not use this company. It’s a complete hack job and I wouldn’t trust him with a dime. report abuse

  DMR truly exceeded our expectations with our recent roof replacement. The team was fantastic – so responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. They used top-of-the-line equipment and, impressively, kept our entire property spotless. We especially appreciated their flexibility with providing free estimates, shingle samples, and that detailed step-by-step roof packet. The roof replacement itself went okay, but they completely botched the gutters during the process, and despite a return visit, the issue was never properly resolved.
