“Chad and the whole 10K Architecture team completely transformed our basement and master bathroom. We live in a pretty standard 1.5 story house in Southwest Minneapolis, and we really wanted to maximize the space we had rather than adding onto the house. Honestly, we were so impressed – our neighbors, who have a fantastic basement thanks to working with 10K Architecture, suggested them, and we were immediately blown away. They took the time to really understand what we were looking for, picking up on our style and ideas just by looking at our home and talking with us. The layouts they came up with were brilliant, and they incorporated some really clever and beautiful design elements.”
