  “I initially got in touch with this fence company through a neighbor’s recommendation, but unfortunately, it’s been incredibly frustrating to get a response. I’ve tried reaching them multiple times over several weeks, providing all the necessary information, but haven’t heard back. Despite my efforts, they haven’t responded. They then sent me an ‘Estimate Form’ after I’d already given them the details twice, and I still waited over a week for a reply. Thankfully, the fence itself is absolutely beautiful – the owner clearly does fantastic work and is very meticulous. However, it was disappointing that he immediately blamed me for the communication problems, even though I apologized for any part I played. It’s really important for any company to address issues and make things right, especially when you’re a paying customer.” report abuse

  Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Max and his team were fantastic – so professional and reliable, and the fences they built are absolutely gorgeous. We’ve already had so many neighbors and visitors comment on how beautiful it looks.   “I had a really frustrating experience with Victory. I initially contacted them last spring for a quote, but despite reaching out twice, I never received one. It felt like my time was being wasted – they seemed focused on getting me to schedule something right away, rather than understanding my situation. Honestly, the lack of communication was disappointing, and it’s hard to recommend a company that doesn't seem to value a customer’s questions and concerns.
