  “I’ve used this company a couple of times to fix my hot tub, and I’ve been really impressed. They were incredibly efficient – they always got the job done quickly, usually within an hour.   “We were so relieved when Clearene responded so quickly to get our hot tub working again! It hadn’t been used in years and we discovered several leaks after filling it. Other companies we contacted said they didn’t typically handle leaks on hot tubs. But Clearene quickly pinpointed the issues and got the tub running perfectly. He not only expertly replaced my pool pump, filter, and chlorinator, but he also took the time to thoroughly explain the new system and what to expect with my pool chemicals. Honestly, I was completely new to pool ownership and really nervous about getting started and keeping everything running smoothly.   “I was really disappointed with the service I received. The staff were quite slow, and it was incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone – they never answered the phone, and the answering service didn’t speak clearly. To add to that, the hot tub stopped working immediately after the service, and I was then hit with an overdue bill I hadn’t even received, with no explanation at all.” report abuse

The technician was really efficient and had all the parts he needed, getting the repair done in about 90 minutes.   “I’m really disappointed with the service I received. The winter cover was removed, but the pool water was still green and the water level wasn't raised as scheduled for cleaning before Memorial Day. Despite calling multiple times over the weekend, I didn't receive any updates or assistance. It’s incredibly frustrating that the cleaning didn't happen and I wasn’t even contacted to explain why.” report abuse
