  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with our recent window replacement from Scherer Window & Door. They replaced all the windows upstairs with Marvin Ultimate Windows, and the transformation is fantastic. From the initial contact to the final cleanup, the whole experience was really smooth and professional. Everyone we interacted with was courteous, efficient, and kept us well-informed. Scheduling was easy, and the windows were even delivered and installed ahead of schedule. They provided clear instructions for the process and what we needed to do, and the installation crews were always punctual and careful, protecting our home with plastic sheeting and leaving everything spotless when they were finished. They’ve always delivered quality work, and we really appreciated the clear and timely updates on when the installers were scheduled to arrive – knowing exactly who to expect was a huge plus. The installers themselves were incredibly professional.   “We were absolutely thrilled with our experience with Scherer. From the very beginning, Gary and the whole team – including the front desk, showroom, scheduling, and installation crew – were incredibly professional, friendly, and communicated so well. It’s not always easy to find such a great staff in any industry, but Scherer clearly has it figured out. We had nine windows and a patio door replaced, and we got a price that was comparable to another quote we received from a different company (though their windows were noticeably lower quality and the sales rep wasn’t as communicative during the bidding process).   “I absolutely love my new windows and can’t recommend Scherer Window and Door Consultants enough! My husband and I had a really tough time dealing with another company, and their prices were just outrageous, so we started our search elsewhere. From the very first call, we were impressed with Scherer. Chris was fantastic – so knowledgeable and patient, he really listened to what we wanted and helped us find the perfect look and quality, all at a much better price than we’d been quoted. And the installation team – Jason, Mark, and Devon – were incredible! They were so skilled, efficient, and they cleaned up after themselves perfectly. Honestly, the whole experience was just a pleasure. Our neighbors were constantly commenting on how beautiful our new windows looked, and they’ve completely transformed our home. We’re thrilled with the extra light and the bigger views, and the new sliding door placement has made such a difference in the flow of our house. Kevin, the salesman, was fantastic throughout the entire process, always available to answer my questions and help me out. And the installers were just as great; they did a really thorough job, were super easy to talk to, and took care of cleaning up everything afterward.   Scott and Kate were incredibly pleased with their experience with Scherer Bros. Window Replacement. They particularly appreciated the seamless process, from Gary’s helpful initial consultation to the efficient installation by Todd and Tim. They were especially impressed with how little disruption the work caused and how meticulously the installers left their home – noting very little evidence of the window replacement.
