  We couldn’t be more pleased with our new storm windows! We ordered eleven double-hung windows, plus a side-light and picture window, and the whole experience was fantastic. Greg Murtha was absolutely wonderful – he was so patient answering all of our questions and took the time to really show us how everything worked. He even offered some helpful advice about our older, single-pane windows and suggested having our installer fix the frame around our Anderson window. Gary did a really quick and professional job installing them, and honestly, we’d been hearing about Mon-Ray windows for years. My parents replaced their storm windows over 25 years ago with Mon-Ray, and they still have them in their breezeway – they look and function perfectly to this day! report abuse

  “We’ve been incredibly happy with our Mon-Ray products – we have eight of their storm doors, including the first three installed back in 2013, and Glasswalls and sliding windows in our three-season porch and Master Bedroom porch. We even ordered storm panels for the Glasswalls in late 2018 to be able to use the porch throughout the Minnesota winters. From start to finish, we’ve been impressed. Greg was fantastic during the ordering process, and the installation and service have been top-notch. We did have a minor issue with a latch breaking on one of the storm doors in 2018, but Greg quickly took care of it by sending a replacement free of charge. While Mon-Ray products are definitely an investment, the quality – the design, the engineering, the materials, the workmanship, and the service – is truly outstanding.   “I’m really pleased with the Mon-Ray windows we purchased a few months ago. I recently discovered the manufacturer’s sticker and, after a little trouble getting the screen off to install our AC unit, a very helpful representative walked me through the process over the phone – fantastic customer service!   “I rarely write negative reviews, but I’m genuinely disappointed with this experience. I needed some simple fixes for windows already installed, and the assistance I received felt purely focused on sales rather than actually helping me. It seemed they weren’t really listening to my needs. I remember a fantastic experience I had about 10 years ago when a kind technician came out on his lunch break to prevent a window from falling out due to ice damage – that’s the kind of service I expect! I really wish they could get back to acknowledging my issues and providing the support I need.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with my experience. It took an unreasonably long time to get my order placed, and then there was a significant delay due to a problem with the manufacturer. To make matters worse, the windows were damaged during installation, and despite reporting the issue weeks ago, I’m still waiting for a concrete plan to fix them. Adding to the frustration, the installation process itself resulted in over $1000 in damage.” report abuse
