  I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. I purchased a used battery system from this company, and initially it worked perfectly. I was reassured that even though it was pre-owned, it would function well, and that I’d receive a replacement new battery when the original one was discontinued. However, after just three months of using it – charging for about three hours at a time – the battery now only lasts around five hours. To make matters worse, the battery type was discontinued at the exact same time I bought it, so I can’t get a replacement. Now I’m faced with either spending almost $2,000 to replace the entire battery bank or buying two smaller, compatible units. I'm frustrated that the company isn't willing to help, and they’re now claiming the battery was personally owned, which is completely unbelievable. It’s left me feeling really upset and concerned for anyone else who might have had a similar experience. report abuse
