  ACI did a phenomenal job with our TAS plan review. Randy Stow completed our plan review promptly and was exceptionally thorough. Also, not being incredibly familiar with the permitting process, Randy provided me invaluable guidance upon completion of our review, ensuring I knew what to submit to the city.   I have worked with, and will continue to work with, ACICO on ADA assessments due their combination of great work product along with their high level of integrity. I have engaged ACICO on more than 10 assessments and find each to be thorough, well-written, and easy to provide to unfamiliar parties to ensure the recommendations are implemented. On a couple other occasions, Jeromy and Robert have been client-focused enough to instruct me on when their services were NOT needed due to project specifics - showing they are as interested in giving us quality consulting as they are in providing quality work. report abuse
