  “I can’t recommend this company at all. My experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. They seemed to operate with a completely disregard for ethical practices and tried to hold me to a contract they hadn't even provided. After realizing their error, they threatened to withhold a permit simply because I’d paid for something that didn't exist.
