  ARC Three Studios has been a great firm to work with as a GC. We have had the pleasure of working with them since the conceptual stages of the current project we are working with them on. As the project has progressed, all questions are answered in a timely manner, and the engineer firms they partner with are top notch as well from that aspect. We look forward to the opportunity to work with them again as good firms that are easy to work with are hard to find these days.   Garrett and Bryson have been our partners while designing and building our house. We have relied on them for every aspect and they have delivered. They are creative and pushed us to consider elements outside of our comfort zone, yet they listened and respected to what we wanted in the house.   Referred to as "The Boys" by our firm, Elevate Development teamed up with Garrett and Bryson on a spec home we were the General Contractors on for a home in Bellaire. Their attention to detail, thoroughness in thought process and involvement even throughout the construction phase is what sets Arc Three Studio apart.   ARC Three Studio has a team of superb architects that will bring your dream to reality. Beyond that they are also very organized, business savvy and knowledgeable about the construction industry which helps all the consultants (structural engineer, MEP engineer, etc) and contractor deliver a higher quality product for the Client. report abuse

  Attention to detail, and responsiveness are just two the qualities that this firm exemplifies. They are extremely creative and have an inept ability to find solutions which others might not, which sets them apart. They can explain complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand for everyone involved.
