  Honestly, our experience with Brickmoon was incredibly disappointing and left us feeling completely let down. It seems like they’re really geared toward new builds, and if you’re remodeling an existing home, you should definitely think twice before working with them. From the start, we were hit with a huge retainer fee, and they told us it would take at least six months just to finalize the drawings and get the permits approved – that should have been a huge warning sign. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize it at the time. Their communication was practically non-existent; we never received a single update or response when we tried to voice concerns. Ultimately, we ended up paying the full retainer and only received two basic hand-drawn drawings and the original house elevations. It was a really costly mistake, and we’re so grateful we were able to find a new team to help us get things back on track. We truly hope our experience serves as a cautionary tale for others.” report abuse
