  If I could give much more than five stars, I would! Karl Breckon and his team of professionals provided truly exceptional civil and structural drawings, service levels, and capabilities. They worked with my design and build team seamlessly and collaboratively, completing the project when they said they would with a customer service level rarely seen these days. Karl kept me posted on where they stood during the process so that we would remain on schedule for permitting. Karl's technical knowledge on civil, structural, and permitting matters were outstanding, as evidenced by the efficiency we have seen during the permitting process. He was patient and communicative with me, always responding personally and timely to any questions I had throughout the process. What was unique about this firm is that they not only produced a set of drawings that were responsive in quality and timing, but they also conveyed a rare well-rounded experience level in understanding the overall build process.   I had a survey done on my property on August 13, 2019. It is October 4th and I have not received the report. I have called office several times and confirmed my email address and was told it was on the way but still NO REPORT! I have left another message this am to provide my work email address to see if I can get report. If it does not come today I will be calling another company! Frustrating since all the reviews were great and they were recommended by another professional in a different field. report abuse
