Very pleased with services provided! Mr. Mulvahill was very thorough and informative while inspecting the house we are looking to buy. He provided answers to any questions that I had and also explained his findings every step of the way. We had the termite inspection done at the same time(different company but booked by Criterium)—Mr. Fulton from Bug Pro was great as well and thoroughly explained his inspection and a lot about signs of WDI & prevention. Overall great experience, I highly recommend! Definitely coming back to these guys if we need such services in the future!

Mr. Mulvahill was a pleasure to talk to and I appreciate his careful thoroughness during the inspection. The inspections here run to the long side - this one was around 4.5 hours for a 2300 square foot house. However, the engineers don't waste time - they are constantly going through the house taking measurements and methodically working through a long and involved checklist. The reports generated are complete and come with pictures of any deficient areas. If you chose to be present for the full inspection, questions are welcomed at any time. If preferred, you can also show up for the last hour or so and the engineer will walk you through the building and discuss observations. While definitely on the pricier side of inspectors I have researched and used, the quality here is apparent and well worth the extra expense up front.

I am a Realtor who has had many clients use David Yancy for their home inspections. His reports are thorough, professional, and well constructed. Only downside is that he is SO busy that he may be unavailable for 1-2 week out appointment. Otherwise I HIGHLY recommend!

I highly recommend Criterium-Yancy Engineers. When you have an engineer that is okay being conference called in while they are on a site to answer your questions, that gets a A+ rating in my book. The whole staff is great to work with. Professional, outgoing, tells you what they are doing and why, and gives you answers you can understand. Fantastic people!
