  We didn't end up utilizing Logical Cad Solutions because of a timing issue yet Vance and one of their architects had been extremely useful to us in the underlying phases of our undertaking.   Plan permitting is what we utilize Logical CAD Solutions, LLC service for. They have got our Martial Arts Dojo and reception hall on the weekends up and running quick and easy with no strings attached. We thought it would be difficult because it’s two different businesses, but Vance knows and understands so much about architecture I see why Build Magazine name his company number one in the south. report abuse

  ?BEWARE?Vance took my money $600 for first payment then wanted another 600 and never showed me no drawings,.i will never do business with him again and I recommend u don't..or u will be left with no money and no drawings like me.VERY BAD BUSINESS ?...one thing about me is I don't have to lie about nothing, but if u want to deal with this dude it's all on u,,,all I can say is I told you so..PRESS PLAY?.as u can see he said he will refund my money and clearly got ghost on me.. never heard from him again smh..and I have more videos of him lying in my face.? report abuse

  HOK’s revision for structural plans, needed to be completed quickly and correctly. I hire Vance for a quick contract to get our company back on track and up to date. Team efforts are greatly appreciated in Architecture. report abuse

  Totally confused by some of the bad reviews... as Vance is Quite the Professional! The one with a Video references Vance by name, but Vance isn't in the Video... That seems like some possible shady attempt to smear a good professional Name. Logical CAD Solutions provides quality work with a simple payment system and a quality care to the customer beyond just drawing and delivering, but also being there for questions after...   This company provided us designs for a residential project approval. Vance visited our place and took all the required measurements/ details. The designs were delivered on time and were approved without any hitch. Would highly recommend their services for anyone design projects. report abuse
