  “I hired Eco-Holdings to determine the size of a load-bearing beam for a wall removal project, but unfortunately, things quickly went sideways. The framer discovered that the floor joists were running perpendicular to the beam, which hadn’t been accounted for in Eco’s calculations or their initial letter. I immediately contacted Gary, explaining the situation and stressing the urgency, but I received no response. After multiple calls and sending pictures, I was completely ignored. It’s been over a year now, and despite my efforts to get a resolution, Eco-Holdings has simply disappeared. The owner even responded to my review with a fabricated story about talking to the framer – a story that’s clearly untrue, considering they never contacted either me or the contractor. It’s clear they only care about getting paid and aren't interested in providing any actual support once the job is underway.” report abuse
