“Gary was a fantastic find! My lawyer recommended him to assess a serious wood rot issue at our house, and I’m so glad we went with him. He was incredibly responsive to our urgent need, and he delivered a thorough, professional report that clearly outlined all the problems. It’s clear he’s a respected expert in the field, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone – whether you’re buying a new home or needing expert advice to fix up an existing one.”

“Gary and his team at Eco-Holdings were absolutely fantastic – they really took the time to get the foundation and framing design just right for our new home. They were incredibly thorough, answering all our questions patiently and explaining their recommendations in detail. The engineering plans they produced were far better than we anticipated, and I wholeheartedly recommend Eco-Holdings to anyone undertaking a home build; you can be confident they’ll ensure a strong, solid foundation.”

“I really appreciated Gary’s work – he was referred to me by George Gazis, and he was incredibly thorough. He came out to our flooded house, took the time to really assess everything, measured accurately, and even developed some smart ideas for how to modify the structure. He then followed up with detailed calculations and got us the stamped plans and specs quickly, which was exactly what we needed to move forward with getting bids. I’m confident I’ll be working with Gary again once the site is cleared and he can confirm the actual conditions and install the beam. Thanks so much for your excellent work, Gary!”

“I hired Eco-Holdings to determine the right size beam for removing a wall, but unfortunately, things went terribly wrong. The framer discovered the floor joists were running at a right angle to the beam – something that hadn’t been accounted for in Eco’s calculations or the letter they provided. I immediately contacted Gary, explaining the situation and stressing the urgency. He promised to get back to me, but I never heard from him. I kept trying to reach him by phone and email, even sending photos, but it was like Eco-Holdings had vanished. After over a year, the owner responded to my review with a completely fabricated story about talking to the framer. It’s clear they just wanted to cover their tracks. They ignored all my attempts to communicate and then posted a false account. Honestly, it's unbelievable that they wouldn't even bother to speak to the framer, or me for that matter. I ended up having to rely on the framer’s expertise to get the job done correctly, and it’s a really frustrating experience.”

“Eco Holdings really stepped in and saved the day for me. They conducted a conveyance analysis for my home, which was crucial for getting approval from the city. It was fantastic that they could produce the analysis so quickly – it was immediately approved, and it was clear their engineer had put together a very detailed and well-prepared plan.”

“There were some significant issues with communication and a lack of professionalism displayed during this process.”
