  This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. The individual was dismissive from the start, questioning my initial contact and immediately criticizing my drawings. He seemed uninterested in collaborating and, frankly, rude, telling me I didn't know what I wanted before abruptly ending the conversation and hanging up.
