This company is the worst lab to hire for projects. I definitely recommend a more reputable company such as Terracon.
-
Do not recommend. They are incompetent and do not have certified techs. This company is shady because they keep changing their name a lot due to a bunch if lawsuits. They were Gorrondona, then Riner and now UES. They are liars and will not respond back to emails regarding liability of their employees actions. They have employed multiple convicted felons and they have been known to get physical if confronted on their tests. This was a photo of a incident involving an employee of theirs putting hands on a electrician over parking issues.

This company is complete garbage. The “techs” they have are not even certified most the time and we caught one of them at a site cheating a slump test for one of our projects. We then called and spoke to HR and Nora Milne and she was acting clueless. This company has also undergone 3 different names in the past decade they are crooks. Their techs will also drive reckless be cautious of them

We came into contact with a Riner Engineering truck blocking an intersection. Unfortunately, the driver refused to move. He was on his cell phone and continually waived off attempts to ask him to move. The truck was feet from parking. He could have simply parked to be on his phone. After several attempts to ask the driver to move, we began taking pictures, he then sped away and did a u turn in the road. License plate RMV3170. We have pictures of the incident, if you would like them. Occurance, 9am 12/3/22. From one company owner to another, because I would like to know if one of my drivers was not following safely regulations.
-
Looks like I’m not the only one who came into contact with their terrible drivers. Doesn’t use blinkers or even look before switching lanes. Almost rammed me into the guardrail when I was literally RIGHT next to him but guess he felt like he was entitled to be in the lane. If one of their trucks hit you or cause an accident please take them for everything you can. Ridiculous.
-
This company is active in their community! They graciously agreed to speak to our students about what they do. What a way to motivate our future! Thank you!
-
Gorrondona is a great lab for the construction industry, they are over the top helpful when it comes to booking the tech and they turn fast results if needed.
-
Great team, experienced, quality work, professionalism. Ken and GES team are great to work with and collaborate.
