  Richard was a pleasure to work with. He took a tremendous amount of time explaining details regarding a property he owns in my neighborhood. His company is going above and beyond to make sure the property is secured and the appearance is maintained while the home sale remains in probate court. His company is doing this on their own dime just to ensure that the property doesn’t become an eyesore in our neighborhood.   Everyone on the Mazzarino team (project managers, designers, support staff, listing agent, etc.) is extremely professional, personable, efficient, experts in their fields and a pleasure to work with from start to finish including the contract management and design/finish process. All are patient, thorough and knowledgeable with great attention to detail through the final walk through and closing.   I recently bought a new construction Mazzarino home, and I could not be happier with my experience and my new home. Initially I was not sure I wanted to buy a home from a company who builds many houses at once because I was worried the quality would not be as good as a smaller builder. But I happened upon my current house and it was the perfect location for me and the right timing (after looking for approximately 1 year), so I couldn’t pass it up. I could not have been more wrong- yes this builder does build a lot of houses but they are a well oiled machine because of it! They are very responsive and the attention to detail/quality of the house is amazing. They addressed every item in the inspection report that I asked them to, which was such a relief to know I was moving into a house that didn’t require projects! This house did have a title issue (lis penden) and it was resolved in less than a week. My previous house had some title issues and it was such a hassle to resolve (and required countless follow ups from me and my realtor) and almost delayed closing. The first week I moved in there were a few issues with things not working exactly right, and I had three service providers to my house within the week who resolved all the issues. I assumed the warranty company would be terrible based on past experience, but the warranty company is a breeze to with and worth EVERY penny. Overall, could not be happier with my new home. If you are looking for a new construction, I would highly recommend Mazzarino. report abuse

  Honestly I can’t say enough good things about this company. We had the most smooth home buying experience. The negotiation phase was very fair. The staff was so friendly, they did everything we asked for after inspection. The finishing of the house were very good quality. They were very organised and well structured internally.   They butchered half of a large, established tree that sat on a lot next to one of their projects. Updating to 3 stars because they did at least respond and donate to a tree fund after this review. report abuse

  The positive reviews that we read here gave us comfort and Mazzarino Homes did not disappoint. They’ve been quick to finish the few post close items. We love our new home and would definitely recommend them as a quality home builder. report abuse

  Well at best I thought they going to make it more delays because they want to taken my deposit. But most likely I was more satisfied when some of the workers were continuing on you doing the best song fixing up the concrete. I was stupendous that they made a model for my Greenhouse that morning. It was more marvelous as I seen. report abuse

  Mazzarino was the builder of our new home, and we can't be more pleased with how it turned out. 3rd party inspectors informed us that the quality of workmanship was very high, including the stucco work. We had a previous bad experience with inspecting an older stucco home, which requires religious maintenance to prevent mold in Houston, and Mazzarino completely changed our perspective on how it can be done right, even for this humid environment. The service is impeccable and professional. The workmanship for all elements of the house is top notch. The only minor complaint is that there were a few small details (i.e. misaligned wrought iron bases for the staircase handrails) at the blue-tape walk, but the constructor immediately addressed these issues. By the time we moved in, not a screw was loose in the house. Highly recommend this builder to any new home buyers! report abuse
