  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. They haven’t paid for the work we completed in Montgomery, and it’s taken over 120 days to receive payment. Communication has been awful – the owner has threatened to not use us if we pursue liens, and the other contractor completely ignores our calls. The whole operation seems extremely disorganized and unreliable, and frankly, I wouldn't recommend them or allow them to work on any of my projects due to their dishonesty.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly frustrated with the situation following an accident involving my car and a truck operated by Total Team while they were working at a construction site. A concrete rock kicked up by the truck hit my vehicle. While Total Team was initially helpful and attempted to address the damage, their insurance company ultimately denied the claim. Frankly, it seems entirely the responsibility of the construction site to ensure proper safety measures and procedures were in place to prevent something like this from happening. I've been repeatedly trying to get in touch with them to explain this, but it’s like they’ve blocked my calls. It’s unsettling to think about what could have happened – if the rock had shattered a window and injured a child, I imagine the response would be completely different. All I’m seeking is for my car door to be repaired.” report abuse

  “We were really struggling with the extreme heat when our A/C went out – it was unbearable in our 50,000 square foot building! Our initial service provider identified an electrical problem, but our regular contractor spent the whole day investigating and informed us it was a serious, costly issue. Thankfully, we contacted Total Team for a second opinion. Christopher and his team were incredibly responsive, quickly diagnosing and resolving the wiring problem. They got our A/C back up and running by the end of the day at a price that was very reasonable.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with how this business is operating. Despite my repeated requests for their workers to avoid blocking the street and sidewalks, they’ve completely disregarded my concerns. It’s unacceptable that they’re putting pedestrians, especially seniors and those using mobility devices, at risk. They’re clearly violating accessibility laws and creating a dangerous situation – I witnessed five or six trucks causing significant disruption and hardship for people trying to get around.” report abuse
