I was contacted by a representative from OS Construction a few months back, and he was incredibly professional and courteous – he was working with several neighbors who’d had storm damage. He gave me a really fair cash quote, even though my insurance wouldn’t cover the cost. I was so pleased with the quality of their work and actually recommended them to my neighbor, but unfortunately, they left a huge mess on their job, and I’m really glad I went with OS Construction because they were so careful to clean up after themselves.” report abuse

What made the biggest difference was their responsiveness; they kept their appointment and then took the entire hassle of dealing with our insurance company off our plates. They even went a step further and met with the adjuster to ensure everyone was on the same page. They upgraded our roof to architectural shingles, and thankfully, they managed to keep the cost close to our insurance deductible. The installation was fantastic – the crew was professional and got the job done in a single day.   “I had a fantastic experience with OS Construction. One of their salesmen stopped by and, surprisingly, identified an issue with my roof that I wasn’t even aware of. They quickly took care of it, and within two weeks I had a completely new roof. We’ve had a lot of rain since then – including during Harvey – and I haven’t had a single leak! They were incredibly efficient, replacing the entire roof in just twelve hours, even in 102-degree heat, and they cleaned up everything afterward.
